摘要
鞍钢新2号、新3号高炉热风炉应用了顶燃式预热炉来预热助燃空气的高风温技术。通过对预热炉烘炉过程、生产实际应用效果和性能的分析,说明采用顶燃式预热炉后,热风炉具有风温波动小、燃料成本低等优点,可为高炉提供1200℃以上的热风。
The high blast temperature technology by top combustion preheating furnace preheating the intensifying combusted air is used for the hot stoves of New No. 2 and No. 3 BFs in Angang. The heatingup process,the application results and the performance of the preheating furnace are analyzed,the results that the hot stove with top combustion preheating furnace has the advantages such as small blast temperature fluctuation and low fuel cost,etc. ,it can supply over 1200℃ hot blast for BF.
