摘要
区域经济协调发展是国家“十一五”规划的热点问题,该问题的解决需以区域内立法的协调与整合为依托。目前,我国区域经济立法机制不协调现象较为普遍,区域内横向立法冲突已成为区域经济发展的桎梏。文章从政府信息公开切入,以全新的视角审视我国区域经济立法的现状和问题,探讨了区域经济立法机制的创新和改革路径。
The development of area＇s economy in harmony is the hotspot problem of our country＇s eleventh programming in five years. The settlement of the problem depends on the harmony and conformity of legislation in area.. Nowadays, the phenomena of non-harmony about the mechanism of economic legislation in area are at large. The conflicts of legislation in landscape orientation have already become the shackle of the economic development of the area. This passage scans the situation of the mechanism of economic legislation of area with the bran - new angle of government information publicity and the economic analysis, searching the way of innovation and fashion.
