摘要
政府信息公开的范围是指政府公开信息内容的范围。确定政府信息公开的范围必须遵循尊重国际惯例、利益平衡、可分割性以及对象性原则。我国政府信息公开范围的立法方式应采取概括式规定。
The scope of publicizing government information refers to the scope of the content of information publicized by the government.To define the scope of publicizing government information must follow the principles of respecting international customs,equalizing the interests,divisible information and different objects.The legislative measures to define the scope of publicizing government information in China must combine the general stipulation with the positive stipulations by examples and the negative stipulations by examples.
