摘要
作者复习了30年来诊治的间应瘤24例，其中良性胸膜间应瘤3例，恶性胸膜间皮瘤20例，恶性腹膜间皮瘤1例。描述了间皮瘤的临床及综合影像表现特点。讨论了间皮瘤的发病因素和X线表现与病变关系。提出了不同的间度瘤应选择不同的检查方法。肯定了综合影像检查及穿刺活检是诊断间皮瘤的主要手段，并对手术治疗及预后进行了分析。
24 Cases of mesotheliomas, including 3 benign pleural ones, 20 malignant pleural ones and a malignant peritoneal ones,were reviewed.The clinical features and combined image findings of mesotheliomas were described.The pathogenic factors and the relation of x-ray findings to lesions were discussed.The author considered that different mesotheliomas should be examined by different methods,and the combined image examination and aspiration blopsy were the main means for diagnosis of mesothelioma.The surgical treatment ancl prognosis of this tlisease were also analysed.
