摘要
为了准确地了解内燃机的功率,常需要进行台架试验,费时、费力。为此,研究了无负荷测功的原理和实际试验,设计了测试系统,利用计算机对380和3110型柴油机进行了无负荷测功,并与台架试验相比较,为内燃机无负荷测功以及故障诊断提供了一种的简单方法。
In order to find out the internal-combustion engine's power, so often needs carry out the test-bed, waste time and waste strength. Hence, this paper studies the principles of measurement of internal-combustion engine at none external load. With the help of computer, designed test systems, and experimental investigation on the power measurement of model 380 and 3110 internal-combustion engines at none-external load is carried out. Satisfactory conclusion is achieved compared with the date of the test-bed. Provided a simple way to diagnose the failure and measure the power of the internal-combustion engine at none-external load.
