摘要
把垄作技术与保护性耕作技术相结合,有可能解决东北高寒易旱区的低温、春旱、风蚀等问题。但是,目前保护性耕作在垄作地区的推广尚有困难,其主要原因是缺乏能够在有根茬原垄上行走稳定、防堵能力强、播种质量好的免耕播种机。为此,研制了以苗带浅旋处理玉米根茬为基础的2BML-2型垄作免耕播种机。通过田间生产试验表明:该机播种后能基本保持垄形;播种带破茬彻底,破茬率达到100%;播种后进行了10天地温监测,播种带0~50mm和50~100mm深处土层温度分别比传统垄作地高0.7℃和0.3℃左右;但出苗后播种带0~50mm和50~100mm土层免耕地的土壤含水量分别比传统垄作地低3.9%和1.3%;使用该机播种的玉米产量比传统垄作地高21.3%。
Low-temperature is the key factor for baffling development of Conservation tillage in high, cold and easily arid areas of northeast. Combining conservation tillage and ridge tillage is a useful method to solve the problems of low-temperature, spring drought and wind erosion. At present, it is difficult to extend the conservation tillage in ridge-till areas. The main reason is lacking no-till planter, which can work on the permanent ridge stably with corn stubble, and must have anti-blocking ability and good planting quality as well. The 2BML-2 ridge-till and no-till planter was been designed on the base of low-bandwidth rotary tillage. After planting, the shape of the ridge can be almost retained; the rate of cutting stubbles is 100%; the ground temperature values of 50mm and 100mm are 0.7℃ and 0.3℃ higher than that of traditional ridge tillage, respectively, but the soil moisture is 3.9%, 1.3% lower; the output increased 21.3% compared with the tradition ridge tillage. So, the 2BML-2 Planter is good enough to fit the requirement of planting.
