利用果胶酶改善天然彩色棉纤维的吸湿性 被引量:3

Improvement of moisture absorbency of naturally colored cotton fiber by pectinase treatment

摘要 针对天然彩色棉纤维吸湿性差的问题,利用果胶酶(ScourzymeL)对棕棉和绿棉纤维进行处理,以求去除果胶。采用不同的果胶酶浓度、温度、处理时间以及pH值对棉纤维进行处理,并测试了处理后彩棉纤维的回潮率变化。结果表明:在其他条件一定的情况下,果胶酶质量分数为0.5%、0.6%(o.w.f)时,绿棉和棕棉可以分别获得最佳的纤维回潮率;在处理过程中,绿棉的最佳温度为50℃,棕棉为60℃;增加处理时间会提高处理效果;在使用果胶酶处理过程中,溶液pH值过高和过低均不能充分发挥酶的作用,合适的pH值为8—8.5。 This research work was undertaken with a view to improving the moisture absorbency of the naturally brown and green cottons by treating them with pectinase Scourzyme L. Treatment conditions were varied as a function of pectinase concentration, temperature, duration of treatment and pH value. The moisture regain of the naturally colored cottons after treatment was tested. The results revealed that provided that other treatment conditions remain unchanged, the optimum moisture regain of the green and brown cottons can be achieved when pectinase concentrations are 0.5% and 0.6% (o. w. f) for the green and brown cottons respectively. With respect to the treatment temperature, 50 ℃ for the green cotton and 60 ℃ for the brown is optimal. Increasing treating time increases the treatment efficiency, and the proper pH value ranges from 8 to 8.5, otherwise enzymatic activity can not be brought into full play during the treatment.
