摘要
采用经典恒温法考察了艾叶挥发油-β-环糊精包合物在不同温度条件下的浓度变化及反应速度常数,结果表明,经β-环糊精包合后,艾叶挥发油的稳定性得到了提高。
Classical constant temperature was used comparing with the variation of consistency and the constant of reactive rate in different temperature. The results indicated that the stability of volatile oil in inclusion compound was obviously superior to that of original volatile oil.
