摘要 基质金属蛋白酶与许多疾病都有关联,兹将近10 a尤其是近5 a来的研究概况作一简述,重点介绍基质金属蛋白酶与慢性阻塞性肺疾病、肺纤维化、胸部肿瘤及结核病等的关系。
