激光氧液加东莨菪碱治疗新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病 被引量:2

On treatment of neonatal hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy with laser oxygenate fluid and scopolamine

摘要 目的观察激光氧液治疗新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病(HIE)的临床效果。方法在治疗HIE常规基础上,用DJF—IA型多功能激光血液治疗仪,以5%葡萄糖5~10ml/kg做载体,置于血疗仪中,接受He—Ne激光照射15min并充氧,加用东莨菪碱0.01~0.05mg/kg,静脉输注1次/d,疗程10天。结果治疗组54例,显效41例,有效10例,总有效率为94.45%。对照组52例,显效10例,有效21例,总有效率为59.61%。2组比较差异有显著性意义(P〈0.01)。结论激光氧液加东莨菪碱治疗HIE疗效好,治疗中患儿意识恢复快,惊厥易于控制,治疗方法安全,无副作用。 Objective To assess the therapeutic effect of laser oxygenate fluid and scopolamine (LOFS) in treating hypoxic - ischemic encephalopathy (HIE). Methods 106 HIE babies were divided into a control group ( n = 52) and a treatment group (n = 54). They all were basically managed by giving conventional symptomatic treatments, but to the treatment group, a course of LOFS was added. For preparing this therapy, 5% GS 5 - 10 ml · kg^-1 was put into the multifunctional laser radiation hemotherapeutic instrument to get irradiated with He - Ne laser for 15 min and oxygenated. The above treated fluid, mixed with scopolamine 0.01 - 0.05 mg · kg^- 1, was given by intravenous drip qd for 10 d. The results were evaluated after another 10 days. Results In the treatment group,, obvious effectiveness was found in 41 cases, effectiveness in 10 cases. The overall rate of effectiveness amounted to 94.45%. In the control group, the results were obviously effective in 10 cases and effective in 21 cases. The overall effective rate was only 59.61% (P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion LOFS is an excellent treatment for HIE. The consciousness comes back rapidly, the convulsion can be controlled easily. It is safe and has no toxic side effects.
