摘要
目的探讨磁疗氦氖激光紫外线照射充氧自血回输(M-L-UB IO)综合治疗对急性脑梗死的疗效和血液流变学、血脂的影响。方法91例急性脑梗死患者随机分为治疗组46例,对照组45例。治疗组应用M-L-UB IO治疗,对照组应用血塞通治疗。比较两组治疗前后血液流变学、血脂变化及疗效。结果治疗组基本治愈率为39.13%,显效率为45.65%,总有效率为93.48%,均明显优于对照组的8.89%,20%,62.22%(P<0.01)。除血球压积外治疗组的血液流变学各项指标及总胆固醇,甘油三酯治疗后与治疗前以及与对照组比较均显著降低(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论M-L-UB IO能有效促进急性脑梗死患者神经功能恢复和显著改善血液流变学指标及血脂水平。
Objective To investigate into the influence of magnetic therapy, neon-helium laser and UBIO ( ultraviolet-blood irradiation of oxygenation) on the patients with acute cerebral infarction ( the combination of magnetic therapy, neon-helium laser and UBIO was abbreviated to M-L-UBIO), and on their hemorheology and blood lipids. Methods All the 91 patients with acute cerebral infarction were divided into treatment group ( n = 46 ) and control group ( n = 45 ) at random. The former group was treated with M-L-UBIO and the latter with some extracts from pseudo-ginseng, a kind of traditional Chinese drugs. Results In treatment group, the primary curative rate, obvious curative rate and total curative rate were respectively 39.13% , 45.65% and 93.48%, but in the control group the counterparts were respectively 8.89% , 20.00% and 62.22%. There was significant difference in the curative rate between the two group ( P 〈 0.01 ). In treatment group, all the parameters of hemorheology after treatment except hematocrit were clearly improved when compared with those before treatment ( P 〈 0.01, or P 〈 0.05 ). So were total cholesterol and triglyceride. Conclusion M-L-UBIO helps effectively to the recovery of neural function and to the improvement in hemorheology and blood hpids in acute cerebral infarction.
