摘要
高校实验室与设备管理处的工作往往在校内处于配角的位置。该文从“职能与定位、思路与工作、地位与业绩、发展与学习”4个方面阐明了华中科技大学实验室与设备管理处在深刻分析了本处工作的“配角”性质的基础上，及时地调整和抓住了工作重心，在配角岗位上做出了学校认可的卓有成效的主角工作。
The jobs of Laboratory ＆ Equipment Management Department of University always play a supporting role in the school, This paper illuminates the Laboratory ＆ Equipment Management Department of HUST tackles and adjusts the center job then does an excellence work and plays a leading role at the supporting role station from four aspects, which are ＂function and orientation, idea and job, status and achievement, development and learning＂.
