摘要
对真空溅射制备二元体系Ag/SiO2和Ag2O/SiO2中超细微粒Ag和Ag2O的结构稳定性进行了实验研究和理论分析,发现微粒线度为纳米尺寸量级时,即具有向结晶化和非晶化方向自发演变的特性.这种结构相变过程决定于超细微粒本身的形态、线度、表面或界面微结构以及化学组分.相变过程中微粒的结晶核线度L与演变时间t的关系可以表示为L∝tα.
The structural stability of the ultrafine particles(UFP s) Ag and Ag 2O among the two compositional system of the Ag/SiO 2 and Ag 2O/SiO 2 have been studied by the experimential and theoretical methods.The nanometer sized crystalline particles possess a kind of characteristic of spontaneous evolution which tends to the crystallization or decrystallization.This evolution is structure change,and a self phase transition process.It seems that UFPs evolution are depended on the crystal size,morphogenesis,surface and interface constructure,and chemical composition,etc.During the self phase transition of UFP s,the relation between the average size of crystal nuclei L(t) and evolution time t was seen to obey a power law behavior, L∝t α .
