摘要
批评了图书馆“见物不见人”的错误倾向,认为图书馆的工作实践和理论研究应当坚持科学精神与人文精神相统一、知识管理与读者服务相统一、“对读者的研究”与“为读者的研究”相统一,以促进信息功能与教育功能的全面平衡发展。
This article discusses the tendency of ＂substituting materials for men＂ in library work. It points out that practical library work and related study should abide by the unification of scientific spirit and humanist spirit, the unification of knowledge administration and reader services, and the unification of study ＂on the readers＂ and ＂for the readers＂. In this way we can promote the full and balanced development of the information function and education function.
