摘要
介绍图书馆学新、老五定律的基本内容,分析其中所蕴涵着的图书馆人文关怀,认为在科技飞速发展的今天及未来,人文关怀依然是图书馆的精神所在,是图书馆永恒的根本。
The paper introduces the basic contents of new and old Five Laws of library science, and analyzes its humanistic care. It is believed that, although the scientific technology develops fast today, humanistic care is still where the spirit of library lies, as well as the immortal essence of library.
