摘要
针对高超声速飞行器的特点,分析了热防护系统中应用高导热材料实现热管理的必要性。通过对碳材料石墨片层结构的热传导机理及其各向异性特征进行分析和讨论,提出了利用高导热碳材料进行疏导式热管理的思路,并根据碳材料的结构特点设计了几种可能的热管理结构模型。
The necessity of application of thermal management materials with high thermal conductivities in thermal protection system of hypersonic aircrafts is analyzed considering the characteristics of their thermal environments. By discussing the heat transfer mechanism in graphitic structure and the anisotropic thermal conductivity, the idea for leading thermal management is advanced by using carbon materials of high thermal conductivities and, based on the structure features of carbon materials, several possible thermal management models are designed with these carbon materials as heat transfer media coupled with or without fluid in them.
