摘要
目的:建立恒电流库仑分析法测定芳酸类药物含量。方法:以稳恒电流电解0.5 mol·L^(-1)硫酸钠水溶液,使铂阴极上电生出滴定剂氢氧根离子 OH^-,以 OH^-滴定水杨酸等芳酸类药物,采用电位法确定库仑滴定终点,根据法拉第电解定律计算芳酸类药物含量。结果:方法相对误差为0.22%~0.25%,RSD(n=11)为0.030%~0.033%。结论:本法中滴定剂 OH^-在电解中产生,不需要化学基准物质,不必配制、标定与储存氢氧化钠标准溶液,简化了分析手续,减少了误差来源;测定中试液用量少,不产生大量酸碱废液,减少了环境污染。
Objective :To establish a constant current coulometry to determination the content of the aromatic acid drugs. Method: In the constant current coulometry,0. 5 mol · L^-1 sodium sulfate solution were electrolysised by the constant current, titrater OH^- were produced on the platinum cathode,the allcylic acid etc aromatic acid drugs are titrated by OH^-, end point of the coulometric titration was confirmed by the potational method, content of the aromatic acid drugs were calculated based on the Faraday's laws of electrolysis. Results :The relative error were 0. 22% - 0. 25 %, RSD ( n = 11 ) were 0. 030% - 0. 033 %. Conclusion: In the constant current coulometry, titrater OH^- are produced in process of the electrolysis, chemical standard substance is not required, preparation and standardization and storage of the sodium hydroxide standard solution are avoided, analysis steps are simplified, error source are reduced,use level of the aromatic acid drugs solution are smaller, heavy waste liquor of the acids and bases are not produced, environmental pollution are reduced.
