摘要
对设计的三次曲线管型水力旋流器的速度场进行研究。结果表明,在大、小锥段交接处附近的流场更加顺畅,特别是水力旋流器轴向速度的波动明显减少。水力旋流器内部流场的稳定减小了聚并油滴再次破碎的机会,为提高水力旋流器的处理效果提供了保证。
A research was conducted of the velocity field of the designed cubic-curve tube type hydrocyclones. The result shows that the flow field near the connection of the big and small cone sections is more fluent, particularly the fluctuation of the axial velocity of the hydrocyclone is greatly reduced. The stability of the flow field inside the hydrocyclones reduces the opportunity of breaking up the coalescing oil drops again and prorides guarantee of increasing the treatment result of hydrocyclones.
