摘要
高校图书实施政府采购是一个系统的复杂的过程,结合本馆图书政府采购的实践和经验,指出了图书实施政府采购应把好五关。
Government book purchasing is a systematic and complex procedure. According to the experiences of government purchasing books in our library, this paper has proposed five essential points when the government proceeds to purchase books for university libraries.
