摘要
指出我国当前网上参考咨询系统存在的问题:开发系统的重复建设严重、科技含量低、咨询方式少、系统兼容性差等。简要介绍RefTracker的内涵、发展情况和特征,深入分析了RefTracker的各项功能,认为RefTracker将各种参考咨询方式整合为一体弥补了当前参考咨询管理系统的缺陷。
This paper puts forward the problems existing in online reference systems in China such as the repletion of systems, the lack of technological content and reference methods, and the poor system compatibility, etc. Then it briefly introduces the content, development and characteristics of RefTracker. And it is considered that RefTracker makes up the defect of current reference advisory systems by integrating all kinds of reference methods.
