介绍了广东省立中山图书馆网上参考咨询系统概况,并从该系统咨询馆员构成、服务方式、咨询满足率、响应时间、用户隐私权的保护、咨询答复记录、网上教育等方面进行了分析和评价。
The paper has introduced the online reference and consultation system of Sun Yat-sen library of Guangdong province, has analyzed and has assessed the online reference and consultation system from the seven aspects such as consulter, service pattern, user gratification, responsing time, user＇s secrets protection, consultation record and online education.
