摘要
本文采用分条离散法分析冷轧带材的三维变形,求解出前后张力分布。通过考虑入口非接触变形,使变形区入口处不产生速度间断。同时,采用了更为合理的横向位移函数,使横向位移与压下规律相一致,从而进一步完善了求解三维轧制问题的分条离散法。
In this paper, the split-strip discrete method is used to analyse the 3-dimensional deformation and tension distribution of cold rolling strip, By considering the noncontact deformation area, the velocity discontinuity is avoided at the deformation field entrance. At the same time, a more reasonable transverse displacement function is used to make the tendency of the transverse displacement and the press deformation identical. Thefore, it furher perfects the split-strip discrete method in the reseach of 3-dimensional rolling problem.
