摘要
本文构造了一个新的横向位移函数,使变形区入出口都不产生横向流动速度间断;考虑来料板形及入口纵向流动速度横向分布不均,建立了后张力横向分布的数学模型;用分条离散法求得的前后张力的横向分布与实测结果相近。
In this paper authors presente a new lateral displacement function which keeps the continuity of lateral flow velocities both at the entrance and exit of deformation zone, establishe the mathematical model of transverse back tension distribution, considering initial flatness and the uneven lateral distribution of longitudinal flow velocity at the entrance. The transverse distributions of the front and back tensions which are obtained by using split-strip discrete method approach to the results of practical measure-meat.
