摘要
某化纤厂甲苯氧化制苯甲酸工段,需要对其反应混合物中的苯甲酸和其它反应副产物进行分离。根据模拟计算的要求,通过对反应机理与厂方提供的实际数据的分析,对反应混合物中未知组分的物性进行了合理的替代与假设。该分离过程主要包括苯甲酸蒸馏塔和精馏塔,但却包含一个回路。对该分离过程若使用序贯模块法进行模拟,需要对回路进行切割,并引入优化算法、编写外部程序与HYSYS嵌套,然后才能进行迭代计算,显得非常烦琐。根据本流程的特点,提出一种松弛模块法,利用软件提供的分流器替代普通迭代模块,对此流程进行了模拟,得到与实际相符合的计算结果。
Separation of BenZoidAcid from other byproducts is needed in a Toluene-Oxidation section. According to requirement of process simulation, we make proper substitute and assumption for properties of unknown components in reactant after analyzing mechanism of reaction and data. The separation process mainly includes a BenZoidAcid distillation tower and a rectify tower with a material circulation. In general, the circulation cutting and subroutine nesting with HYSYS are need if sequential modular is employed in order to do iteration in process simulation. But it~ much too complex, so a Relaxation Modular is proposed to make it simple. A successful simulation of the process is made through this method, using a provided tee, and has got an accurate result.
