摘要
基于在压力1.25~2.00MPa、温度513~593K、氢油体积比100~300、体积空速3~20h^(-1)条件下获得的FCC汽油窄馏分加氢脱硫宏观动力学模型,应用化工流程模拟软件,考察了回流比、温度、塔釜采出率和氢油体积比等主要操作条件对FCC汽油重馏分催化精馏加氢脱硫效果的影响。结果表明,低回流比、高温、高氢油体积比和高塔釜采出率在一定程度上有利于加氢脱硫率的提高。分析结果可为优化FCC汽油重馏分催化精馏加氢脱硫工艺的操作条件提供参考。
The effect of operation conditions including reflux ratio, reaction temperature, H2/oil volume ratio and the yield of bottom product, on the hydrodesulfurization of FCC gasoline heavy fraction via catalytic distillation was investigated by using process simulation software based on the hydrodesulfurization kinetics model of FCC gasoline narrow fractions obtained under the conditions of 1.25-2.00 MPa, 513-593 K, H2/oil volume ratio of 100-300 and LHSV of 3-20 h^-1. Results showed that the hydrodesulfurization rate of FCC gasoline heavy fraction increased with the increase of reaction temperature, H2/oil volume ratio and the yield of bottom product to some extent; lower reflux ratio was also beneficial to enhance desulfurization rate. These results could be useful for optimizing the operation conditions of the hydrodesulfurization process of FCC gasoline heavy fraction with catalytic distillation.
