摘要
老年痴呆是一种慢性进行性大脑功能衰退综合征,随着病程的进展,病人逐渐出现记忆障碍、思维能力和判断力下降、情感障碍、人格改变以及行为的严重异常。现从老年痴呆的评估工具、护理理念、照护场所、护理4方面进行综述。
Senile dementia is a chronic progressive cerebral function deterioration syndrome. With theprogress of course of disease, patients appeared dysmnesy, decrease of thinking ability and judgement, affective disorders, personality changes and severe abnormal behavior gradually. This article reviewed senile dementia from four aspects of evaluating tool, idea of nursing care, nursing places and nursing care.
