摘要
重点介绍了一种正向设计的全定制CMOS T/R组件控制及驱动芯片,并对其工作原理、线路设计、版图设计及可靠性设计等进行了简要描述。该产品具有功能多,功耗低(≤20mW),开关速度快(输出上升/下降时间≤20 ns),工作频率高(最高工作频率可达6 MHz),输出高低电平电压幅度大(VOL≤-4.9 V,VOH≥-0.1 V),32路输出一致性好等优点,可广泛应用于数字通讯和相控阵雷达天线系统中。
A novel T/R module controller and driver IC is presented. The theory of operation and the circuit and layout design of the controller are described, together with its reliability design. Fabricated with CMOS process technology, the product has advantages of multi-function, low power (420 mW), high speed (rising/falling time ≤20 ns), high operating frequency (fmax up to 6 MHz) and wide output swing (VOL≤-4. 9 V,VoH≥-0. 1 V). This controller can find wide applications in digital communications and antenna systems for phased array radar.
