摘要
本文研究目的:了解当前女大学生在就业前期的心理健康状况,为女大学生的心理健康教育提供依据。方法:采用艾森克人格问卷简式量表中国版(EPQ-RSC)、康奈尔健康问卷(CMI)以及就业紧张量表,对170名本科生进行调查研究。结果:在就业前期的心理健康状况上,女生得分高于男生且差异显著;女大学生的人格因素、心理健康状况与就业紧张之间存在着一定的相关。结论:面临就业紧张的女大学生,其心理健康状况应该引起足够重视,并提出解决对策。
Objective ： To find out the mental conditions of female graduates facing employment pressure and provide gist for mental health education. Methods ： To research 170 undergraduate college students by EPQ- RSC , CMI and employment stress scale. Results ： The female graduates have a marked higher score than the male graduates in psychological status when facing employment, and there is a correlation among female graduates＇ personality trait, mental healthy status and employment tension in some dimensionality. Conclusion The female graduates facing employment pressure their mental healthy status should cause the enough value, and then the study gave some countermeasures.
