摘要
在就业难的大背景下,社会女性价值取向的偏颇和美女经济的泛滥,以及女大学生自我价值判断低等因素的共同合力之下,整容成了目前部分女大学生推崇的求职工具。要消减这种整形学生潮现象,必须真正落实男女平等的就业政策,保证高校女毕业生这一人力资源的充分利用。其次,女大学生自身要完善自我,增强自信。
＂Plastic surgery＂ has become a measure for some female university students to seek job in the background of much difficulty in job seeking. This phenomenon might be attributed to a mixed force which is consisted of deviation in value orientation for women in society, booming ＂beauty economy＂, and depreciatory assessment of self-value for some female university students. In order to reduce such a phenomenon of plastic surgery among the group of female students, the employment policy of equality in sex ought to be implemented, and the human resource of female graduates fully utilized. Additionally, female students should improve themselves and strengthen their self-confidence.
