摘要
本文针对中国土地交易价格中缺失环境成本因素的问题,探讨确定土地价格中环境成本的原理与方法。运用文献资料分析法和比较分析法,分析土地价格计算的经济学原理、方法,影响地价因素构成、地价估价方法的比较,也借鉴西方国家环境成本的分类方法,提出关于增加环境成本核算的内容及方法。
This paper, aiming at the missed environmental costs in China＇ s land trade, discusses the principles and methods of environmental costs in land price, analyses the economic principles and methods in determining land price, clarifies the price factors, compares variable methods in pricing land, and presents the contents and methods of increasing the environmental costs based on the assorting means of environmental costs in western countries.
