摘要
淮南市是重要的煤电基地。建国以来,耕地面积持续减少,耕地主要用于粮食生产。本文分析了淮南市耕地面临的形势即耕地面积减少的原因以及使用的情况;煤电生产现状及趋势,提出煤电化基地建设和耕地资源保护利用应在开源节流、结构调整、科技投入方面加大工作力度。
Huainan City, an important base for coal and electricity, is diminishing its cultivated land areas mainly for cultivating grain. This paper analyses the root causes of diminished cultivated land areas and the present utilization, and presents that the cultivated land areas shall be protected during coal-electricity base construction, including saving, structural adjustments and boosting in science and technologies.
