摘要
采用弹塑性有限元方法,对工程中常用的典型工件进行了切削加工仿真,研究了工件结构不同对切削过程中毛坯内部残余应力的释放引起工件加工变形规律的影响,结果表明:工件毛坯残余应力在铣削加工过程中对称释放有利于减小零件加工后变形。并通过实验手段验证了结论的正确性。
Based the plastic- elastic method, the typical parts using in engineering are machined simulating, which studies the laws of initial residual stress how affects the deformation with different structure part machining. It can be drawn that the symmetry release of the residual stress benefits to reduce the machining deformation, which is validated by machining experiment.
