摘要
为了实现结晶器的非正弦振动,越来越多的连铸机采用了液压振动。本文介绍了宝钢3#连铸机采用的短连杆式结晶器电液振动系统,并分析了其动态特性。对该系统的实测证明,系统可以精确地实现正弦和非正弦振动,完全能够满足连铸生产的需要,可有效地提高板坯的表面质量。
In order to implement the non-sinusoidal mold oscillation, more and more casters adopt electro-hydraulic mold oscillation systems. The paper introduces the short lever electro-hydraulic mold oscillation system adopted by No. 3 caster in Baosteel and analyzes its dynamic characteristic. The test proves that this system can accurately perform the sinusoidal and non-sinusoidal oscillation, which would meet the production requirements of the caster and would effectively improve the surface quality of slabs.
