摘要
随着旅游业的发展,旅游对生态环境的负面影响日益严重。为了拯救正在不断退化的生态系统,必须使游客认清他们在旅游过程中所享有的生态权利和必须履行的生态义务。首先从游客的生态权利和生态义务的概念出发,具体阐述了游客应享有的生态权利和必须履行的生态义务,概括了保证游客享有生态权利和履行生态义务应采取的有效措施。游客的生态权力和生态义务是相辅相成,彼此制约的统一体。没有随意支配的权利,也没有脱离权利的义务.
Along with the development of tourism, the negative influence of it to the eco-environment is increasingly serious. In order to protect the unceasing degraded coo-system, we must make sure that the tourists recognize the ecological rights they can enjoy and the ecological obligation they must perform when they enjoy what the nature gives them. After clarifying the concept of ecological rights and ecological obligation, ecological rights and ecological obligation of the tourists were expounded concretely and the effective steps to guarantee the ecological rights they can enjoy and the ecological obligation they should fulfill were summarized. Because there are no optionally dominant rights and no obligation which is divorced from rights, so ecological rights and ecological obligation is a complete unit or entity which supplements and restricts each other.
