摘要
目的制备右旋酮洛芬贴片,研究质量控制标准。方法以CMC-Na、PVA为材料制备右旋酮洛芬贴片,采用紫外分光光度法测定右旋酮洛芬的含量。结果右旋酮洛芬在260±2nm有最大吸收,含量测定方法回收率为100.9%(RSD=0.68%),结论本贴剂制备工艺简单,质量控制方法可行。
OBJECTIVE To prepare Dexketoprofen patch and Establish the index of quality control. METHODS to study the preparation of dexketoprofen patch with CMC--Na and PVA for patch material, to determine the content of dexketoprofen withUV-spectrophotometry. RESULTS The rate of recovery of quantitarive method of dexketoprofen is 100. 9% （RSD = 0. 68%）. CONCLUSION The prescription of this membrane and the method of quality control is simple and feasible.
