中小学体育教师课程意识现状调查及对策研究 被引量:6

Current situation investigation and countermeasure of PE teacher's curriculum consciousness in elementary and secondary education

摘要 通过“自编课程意识问卷”调查了我国中小学体育教师857人,结果表明:我国中小学体育教师的课程意识水平较低,处在觉醒水平;性别、工作年限、所在学校、学校所在地对体育教师课程意识影响不显著;学历对教师课程意识影响显著。从总体看,学历与体育教师课程意识呈现出正向关系;培训对体育教师课程意识影响非常显著,体育教师课程意识水平与培训呈正向相关;多因素分析结果可以看出,在影响体育教师课程意识几个因素中,学历影响效果显著,起主效应作用。 This research investigates 857 PE teachers of middle and primary schools of China in questionnaire of curriculum consciousness.The investigation result shows: Firstly, as a whole, PE teacher's curriculum consciousness in China is at the awakening stage. Secondly, the sex, length of service, schools and school's location can not influence PE teacher's curriculum consciousness obviously, and it is not remarkable that each main composition is influenced. Thirdly, PE teacher's curriculum consciousness is influenced remarkably by education background. In general, education background and PE teacher's curriculum consciousness indicates positive relationship. Fourthly,the training influences PE teacher's curriculum consciousness remarkably. PE teacher's curriculum consciousness and training show the positive relationship. Fifthly, The multi -factor analysis result may see that PE teacher's curriculum consciousness is influenced remarkably by education background and plays a main effective role in several factors.
