摘要
随着网络信息时代的发展以及市场经济的完善,体育名人特别是冠军人物的轰动效应愈来愈大,在一系列"冠军门"事件的背后很多东西引起我们的思考,中国体育要健康发展,就必须协调好"举国体制"和"体教结合"的关系,制定适合中国特色的运动员培养机制,完善退役就业保障制度,建立健全体育后备人才输送制度。
With network development in the information age and the perfection of market economy,the sensational effect of sports celebrity especially champion is rising. A series of ＂Championgate Case＂ incidents caused our thinking. The healthy development of China＇ s sports must coordinate the relationship between ＂ National System＂ and ＂ Combination of Competitive Sport and Education for Athletes ＂ develop appropriate training system and retirement system for athletes with Chinese characteristics, and perfect athlete talents cuhivation system.
