摘要
以蝴蝶兰原球茎为试验材料,研究不同浓度的激素、活性炭,添加不同数量的香蕉汁与不同原球茎切块大小,对其增殖的影响,试验结果表明:MS+6-BA3.0mg/L+NAA0.2mg/L是最佳培养基,增殖速度最快,增殖系数达2.2,原球茎块3.0m最好,香蕉汁的作用不明显1.50‰活性炭控制原球茎褐化发生最好。
Phalaenosis PLB was used to study effect of Propagation through the test of different concentration hormare,active carbon,banana juice and different size tuler The results showed that the best culture was MS+6-BA3. 0mg/L+ NAA0. 2mg/L,the progagation coefficient was the biggest,2,3,1.5‰ activecoaldion can obviously;allerjate the brown,the role of banana juice was not notability,3mm tuber was the fitasce size.
