摘要
在热重—红外联用分析仪上进行了桦甸油页岩的热解特性实验研究,得到了升温速率为20℃/min时颗粒粒度分别为75.66μm、110.05μm、200.21μm和290.40μm的油页岩的热解TG、DTG和DSC曲线,分析了油页岩的热解特性及规律.结果表明,油页岩的热解是分两步进行的,油页岩在低温段的热解是主要的;随着颗粒粒度的减小,油页岩的热解特性趋好.通过数据分析,得到了油页岩在不同阶段的热解反应动力学参数.
Experimental researches on the pyrolysis property of Huadian oil shale have been done by the FTIR with particle diameters of 75.66μm, 110.05μm, 200.21μm and 290.40μm when the heating rate is 20℃/ min,which obtains its pyrolysis property curves under different particle diameter, and analyses pyrolysis property of oil shale under certain particle diameter. The results prove that pyrolysis process of Huadian oil shale is divided into two steps, pyrolysis of oil shale is main in low temperature step, pyrolysis property of oil shale meliorates with reducing particle diameter of oil shale. Moreover through data analysis, chemical reaction kinetic parameters of oil shale's pyrolysis property can be achieved.
