摘要 利用居里点裂解仪,在770℃对硫胺素(VR1),核黄素(VB1),叶酸,抗坏血酸(Vc),烟酸及烟酰胺(两种通称Vpp或VR8),芸香甙及柚皮甙(两种通称Vp)等8种维生素进行热解,热解产物通过GC保留时间或CG-MS质谱数据定性鉴定,分别有11、20、15.17、4、6、23个化合物被确认,归一化方法定量.结果及分析表明:它们不仅可作食品和饮料等的添加剂,还可作卷烟添加剂,用作卷烟增香的潜在物质和新混合型卷烟中的有效成份,该研究对于扩大维生素的应用范围具有较高的理论价值. Thiamine(Vitamin B1),riboflavin(Vitamin B2),folacin, ascorbic acid(Vitamin C),nicotinic acid, nicotinic acid amide, rutin and hesperidin were pyrolyed with a Curier-point pyrolyser.connected directly to a Gas Chromatograph or GC / MS and 11 compounds from thiamine, 20 compounds from riboflavin, 15 compounds from folacin, 17 compounds from ascorbic acid, 4 compounds from nicotinic acid, 6 compounds from nicotinic acid amide,15 compounds from rutin and 23 compounds from hesperidin have been identified as pyrolyais products. Results and analysis indicated that Vitamin could not only used as ingredient in food and beverage industry, but also used as ingredient in cigarette'industry. Vitamins could used as precursor-arona compounds improving cigarette flavour and effective compounds of new blended type cigarette.
