摘要
目的为艾可泰牌排铅助长片安全性评价提供毒理学依据。方法采用急性毒性试验、小鼠骨髓细胞微核试验、Ames试验、小鼠精子畸形试验和大鼠30d喂养试验进行检测。结果艾可泰牌排铅助长片对雌雄性小鼠和雌雄性大鼠经口LD50均大于20.0g/kg体重,属无毒级。3种致突变实验均未显示出突变性,对大鼠30d喂养实验各项指标均未见明显毒性,大鼠30d喂养试验无作用剂量为10g/kg体重。结论艾可泰牌排铅助长片2个阶段毒性试验结果均未表现出明显毒性,属安全的保健品。
[ Objective] To provide toxicological basis for evaluating the safety of Aike tablet for lead - draining and growth promotion. [ Methods] Acute toxicity test, micronudeus test of bone marrow in mice, Ames test, sperm shape abnormality test and thirty - day feeding test on rats were conducted for the detection. [ Results] The oral LDS0 of Aike tablet in both mice and rats were more than 20.0g/kg belonging to non - toxicity; none of the tests indicated mutagenicity; none of the indexes of the thirty - day feeding test on rats showed toxicity ; the noneffective dose in the thirty - day feeding test was 10g/kg. BW. [ Conclusion] None of the toxicity tests in both stages indicated toxicity, Aike tablet for lead -draining and growth promotion was proved to be safe.
