摘要
数控机床的转速调整,目前越来越多地应用了变压变频技术来实现。本文简述了三相异步电动机变频变压调速系统的数字化设计。为提高变频调速系统的动、静态性能,简化产生SPWM波形的软件和硬件。采用电机专用16位微机控制器87C196MC构成数字化变频系统,利用微机的故障检测、自动询问和诊断能力,完善了系统故障保护功能。分析和实验表明,主要谐波得到抑制,系统具有较高的稳定性和可靠性。
NC machine speed adjustment ,and more and more application of the VVVF technology to achieve.This paper describes a three-phase asynchronous motor VFVV Speed Digital system.In order to improve the dynamic and static performances of frequency conversion speed control system, simplify the software and the hardware to produce SPWM wave, a digital frequency conversion system is constituted based on the industrial motor control 16 bits microcontroller 87C 196MC.Perfected the fault protection function by using microcomputer's abilities of fault detection, inquiry and diagnosis. The analysis and the experiment show that the main harmonic is under the suppression, the system has the high stability and the reliability.
