摘要
用 8 7C196MC单片机通过汇编语言程序设计可方便地形成 3对互补具有死区时间相位互差 12 0°的SPWM波 ,其硬件电路简单。分析和实验表明 ,主要谐波得到抑制、系统可靠性好且抗干扰能力强。
By assemble language programming, 3 pairsSPWM waves, which is complement each other, with dead zone time and 120 phase difference each other, are easily generated by using the single chip micro-computer 87C196MC. It is proved by analysis and experiment that the main harmonics is suppressed. The system has features of simple hardware circuit, good reliability, strong anti-interference ability and so on.
