摘要
目的：对比国产和进口占替诺烟酸盐针剂治疗急性期血栓性脑梗死的效果是否一致。方法：用随机双盲法治疗２０９例病人，国产组１０８例，用国产占替诺烟酸盐针剂，进口组１０１例用进口同一药物，剂量均为ｄ１３００ｍｇ，ｄ２～６用６００ｍｇ／ｄ，ｄ７～１４给９００ｍｇ／ｄ加入１０％葡萄糖液中缓慢静脉滴注，１４ｄ为一个疗程。用神经系统缺失定量表评估疗效，治疗前后作了多种实验室检查。结果：国产组和进口组的总显效率分别为７１．３％和６３．３％，总有效率分别为８９．８％和９５．０％，Ｐ皆＞０．０５。结论：国产占替诺烟酸盐治疗急性期动脉硬化性血栓性脑梗死的疗效和进口同一药物相似，是满意的，也是安全的。
AIM:To compare therapeutic effects of domestic and imported xantinol nicotinate (XN) on acute thrombotic cerebral infarction. METHODS :Double-blind methods was adopted on 209 patients:108 patients in the domestic group was given domestic XN 300 mg in 10% glucose iv gtt for d 1,600 mg for d 2-6,and 900 mg for d 7-14.The 101 patients as imported group received imported XN,the dosage was given all the same. The neurological Deficit Scale was used to evaluated the clinical effects. RESULTS:The total effective rates in the domestic and imported groups were 89.5%and 95.0%,respectively,the marked effective rates were 71.3% and 63.3% ,respectively. No severe side effect was seen,LONCLUSION:There are no significant differences between the effects of domestic and imported XN,it could be used safely.
