摘要
占替诺烟酸盐治疗脑梗死146例(男120例,女26例,年龄63±7a),剂量200mg tid, po, 30d为一个疗程。并与相同条件的112例患者用右旋糖酐-40每日静滴500mL,持续4wk作对照。占替诺烟酸盐的总有效率89.7％,对照组为68.7％,P<0.05。无副作用,可长期服用。
One hundred forty-six patients of cerebral infarction (M 120, F 26, age 63 + 7 a) were treated with xantinol nicotinate 200 mg tid, po, for 30 d. The other 112 similar patients were treated with dextran-40 500 mL iv gtt, qd, for 4 wk as controls. Result showed that the total response rate in the former group (89. 7%) was better than that in the control group (68. 7%) (P<0. 05). There were no remarkable adverse effects. It is suggested that this remedy may be used for a long period.
