摘要
从建设工程招投标工作的意义出发,结合目前建设工程招投标工作的特点,分析了其存在的主要问题,并提出了规范招投标工作的对策与措施,其结论对实行规范的工程招投标具有一定指导作用。
From meanings of bidding invitation and submission work for construction engineering, combined with the features of bidding work in construction engineering at present problems existed are analyzed; at the same time corresponding countermeasures are proposed in order to regulate market for bid invitation and submission, which has a certain instruction value for tender.
