C型骨盆骨折围手术期治疗 被引量：2

摘要 传统对骨盆骨折采取骨牵引、骨盆悬吊治疗，致残率高达50％～60％。目前重度骨盆环损伤的治疗均倾向于切开复位内固定治疗，内固定最佳手术时间在创伤后4～10d。由于重度骨盆骨折常伴有休克及脏器损伤，患者在经受了严重的创伤打击后，又要经受手术内固定的创伤，因此良好的围手术期治疗，可以明显减轻术中出血、复位困难和术后并发症及感染的发生率。我科自2002年1月至2005年12月共救治重度骨盆环损伤23例，经良好的围手术期治疗，均获得了满意疗效。
