不同入路手术固定耻骨支骨折疗效比较

摘要 目的对比研究常规髂腹股沟开放切口、点状切口插入钢板固定耻骨支骨折的治疗效果。方法自2002～2005年采用常规切口和点状切口进行20例(34个耻骨支)耻骨支骨折的内固定。结果两组间在切口大小、手术时间、术中出血量均具有统计学差异。点状切口组术后并发症少,效果优于常规切口组。结论点状切口可以替代常规切口完成耻骨支内固定,点状切口符合微创理念和生物学固定原则。
