摘要
美国大学治理企业化在提高大学教育效益的同时,极大地影响了大学教师的职业忠诚:一些大学教师逐步抛弃“自由探究知识”的经典大学观念,并在高等教育基本矛盾的作用下产生对自己职业命运把握不力的“职业挫败感”,以及劳动的重复和单调性所产生的“职业倦怠感”,这些已经并将继续对大学教师的职业生活提出挑战。为应对这些挑战,美国大学在认识教师治理实践复杂性的基础上,注重建设一种“合作治理”模式,充分发挥学术自由对于大学教师职业忠诚的保障作用。
While administering a college in an enterprise mode brings benefits to American college education, it is also a great influence on the professional life of college teachers. Owing to this, some college teachers gradually give up the classic college idea of "free exploration of knowledge", and have "a sense of profession frustration" resulting from basic conflicts of college education and "a sense of profession tiredness" from repeated labor and dullness. These have already been and will still be a serious challenge to the professional life of college teachers. In order to face these challenges, universities of the U. S. A have paid more attention to construct the model of cooperative governance, and brought the right of academic freedom into full play, which is based on the understanding of the complication of university teachers' governance practice.
