杓型和非杓型老年单纯收缩期高血压与左心室肥厚相关性的探讨 被引量：3

摘要 目的探讨老年单纯收缩期高血压患者动态血压监测结果与左心室肥厚(LVH)的相关性。方法未用过降压药物的老年高血压患者67名,分为单纯收缩期高血压(ISH)及双缩期高血压(SDH)两组,同期健康老年人40例作为对照组。分别应用超声多普勒技术、动态血压监测测定3组病例的相关参数并作统计分析。结果反映舒张功能的指标两个高血压组较正常组有显著性差异(P<0.01),其中ISH组最具显著性;两个高血压组的收缩压结果LVH组明显高于非LVH组(P<0.01);两组高血压中非杓型组的LVH发生率明显高于杓型组(P<0.01)。结论ISH高血压更易出现舒张功能不全且存在夜间交感神经相对增强的非杓型现象易致LVH。
